The flavor of the classic variant was somewhat predictable even before I opened it, and sure enough, the sweet aroma was exactly as expected, very similar to Red Bull. The bright transparency when poured, however, differentiates it slightly from Red Bull.

The taste is also a bit more sour than sweet, with a refreshing finish that doesn’t linger. There's a faint fruity aftertaste that complements the aroma. If someone says "It’s just like Red Bull!", they would be correct, but for me, having tried over a thousand energy drinks, this one stands apart—it is truly delicious.

Unlike products that simply mimic the taste, aroma, and color of other drinks, 28 BLACK’s classic flavor is a refreshing take that stays true to the brand's concept. It’s not as thin as a sugar-free version but still light and smooth.

What Makes 28 BLACK CLASSIC Different from Other Classic Flavors

28 BLACK CLASSIC certainly resembles Red Bull in taste, aroma, and color, but it’s exceptionally more enjoyable.

The drink is full-bodied but still has a refined touch. The aftertaste is clean, and it doesn’t cling to the mouth, with a well-balanced sourness that offers a refreshing fruitiness, setting it apart from other classic flavors.

Some energy drinks add heavy ingredients to create a "Mogu-Mogu" (smooth, enveloping) texture, but personally, I prefer classic flavors like 28 BLACK CLASSIC.

And the color is stunning. Though it’s hard to capture perfectly with light, it has a bright, beautiful hue, almost like champagne. The can design is also excellent, and with this inside, I was more than happy to make this my go-to. I actually prefer it to 28 BLACK Acai.
