I made a cocktail using the sweet and fruity tropical flavor of Pipeline Punch and the bitter fruit taste of Campari.

The key is not to make it all at once but to taste and gradually add more Campari. Since Campari has a strong bitterness, if you add too much, it will overpower the bright sweetness of Pipeline Punch. It will become all about the bitter fruit flavor. I found that about 15-20ml of Campari is the perfect amount.
