The apple flavor from HELL only comes in the "Strong" version with 20% more caffeine, no standard version with regular caffeine.

The design varies slightly depending on the time and country, but the Strong series consistently features the word "STRING" vertically and the "+20%" label. The vertical lines on the black can give it a sharper image compared to HELL Classic.

There are no illustrations of apples, just the flavor name. The design is simple and not overly flashy. People unfamiliar with HELL may have difficulty distinguishing between Classic and Apple.

The tab is red, just like the Classic version.
