When you take a sip, the bright and refreshing tartness of mangosteen is followed by the bitterness and astringency of pomelo (a large citrus fruit) lingering in the aftertaste, with a refreshing aroma that lasts. It’s rare to find a fruit-flavored drink with no fruit juice that matches the balance of savory and refreshing flavors this well.

Mangosteen Pomelo has a complex flavor overall. If I were to list some familiar fruits in Japan that have a similar taste, it would be a mix of the sweetness and aroma of apple, pear, and orange, combined with the refreshing and distinctive flavors of mangosteen, lychee, and peach. I hope you can get the sense of a rich tropical fruit mix flavor.

HELL has released many limited edition flavors, but this one is the best. It’s a shame it comes in just 250ml... While most energy drinks are often too much at 500ml, Mangosteen Pomelo is easy to drink and offers a delightful flavor experience, so I wish they would offer it in 500ml.

Contains 80mg of caffeine. No other energy ingredients. Also, no fruit juice. If it were marketed as a high-fruit-content product, it might have had a richer and heavier taste. The fact that it’s made with no fruit juice is the right choice.
