GEARS 5 x ROCKSTAR ENERGY design cans on sale

It has been announced that the GEARS 5 design cans will be released by Rockstar Energy on September 10, 2019. These cans will feature promotional codes for GEARS 5 under the pull tabs as part of a campaign.

Since Rockstar is not available in Japan, this does not apply here, but overseas, the design cans are expected to be gradually unveiled leading up to the release date of September 10.

6 Varieties of GEARS 5 x ROCKSTAR Design Cans

As of June 12, one design can has been revealed. This design was created by British illustrator Luke Preece, and the remaining five cans are expected to be unveiled by September 10.

It seems that in the U.S., the flavors of Original, Punch, and Pure Zero Silver Ice are confirmed. Past game-related design cans have typically been released with one flavor and two designs, but how will the GEARS 5 cans turn out?

The countries expected to release the GEARS 5 design cans include the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, and Mexico. It's unclear whether all the designs will be released in each country.

In previous releases, the designs and flavors have varied by country, such as the ROCKSTAR Destiny2 Forsaken Limited Edition Design Cans, so it will be exciting to see which flavors and designs are released in each country!

Last time, Mexico released them in bottles instead of cans, but this time, let's hope for cans (*´艸｀*)

In the U.K., there are three designs with and without price tags, for a total of six varieties.

In the U.S., there are three flavors with six designs. While it’s easy to collect all six flavors, getting two designs for each flavor is quite challenging.

GEARS 5 x ROCKSTAR in Canada

Similar to the U.S., Canada has three flavors with six designs, making them bigger stars. Despite multiple hunting trips in Canada, completing the set in a short time is difficult.

Germany has four varieties. I didn’t expect Blue Raspberry to be included!

GEARS 5 x ROCKSTAR in Mexico

As predicted, Mexico has released two varieties in bottles. A downside to bottles is that even if unopened, they tend to dent and collapse due to aging.
