This is a review of the TIGER NAKED LINE CHERRY, a cherry-flavored energy drink from the TIGER NAKED LINE series, which launched with six flavors in April 2024.

It contains zero sugar and 20% fruit juice. What sets TIGER NAKED LINE apart from other series is that it contains 160mg of caffeine.

In Poland, starting January 1, 2024, a new regulation was introduced limiting the caffeine content in energy drinks. As a result, the caffeine content in most energy drinks has been reduced, with many now containing 14mg of caffeine per 100ml.

The newly released TIGER NAKED LINE, which came out in April 2024, contains 32mg of caffeine per 100ml, which is the standard caffeine content for energy drinks prior to 2023. Although it cannot be sold to individuals under 18, this series was created for those who still want an energy drink with the traditional caffeine content.

Upon opening the can, a strong, sweet and sour cherry scent bursts out. It's hard to believe this is a zero-sugar drink, with such a powerful aroma, and the liquid inside has a deep cherry punch color. Let me take a sip.

The first taste is a tart cherry flavor with a noticeable sourness. It delivers a rich cherry taste that matches the strong aroma, yet it doesn't linger too long and fades away quickly, giving it a smooth, refreshing finish typical of zero-sugar drinks.

There's no unpleasant aftertaste from artificial sweeteners, nor is there a flatness you'd expect from a sugar-free drink. However, the sweetness and richness you'd typically find in cherries are lacking. Still, the sourness is stronger than expected, and the bold flavor of the aroma creates a clean, yet substantial drinking experience. If you didn’t know it was sugar-free, you'd likely enjoy it as a satisfying sour cherry flavor.

At the top of the can, the caffeine information is accompanied by a battery mark and shows "32mg/100ml." This is the caffeine content that makes the product unavailable for purchase by those under 18, and this notation is found on all new products released after January 2024.

In 2024, with the new caffeine content regulations, TIGER released many new products, while those from 2023 were discontinued.

Most of the new products had caffeine content within the new regulated limits, but the TIGER NAKED LINE is a newly launched series targeted at adults.

However, when looking at the design, it's hard to tell if it truly conveys the idea of an 18+ product. Perhaps a richer, more sophisticated design could have better matched its target audience.
