bang (All 38 Flavors) Reviewes
Bang is an energy drink brand launched by the American fitness supplement company VPX. With zero sugar, zero calories, and a high caffeine content, along with branding that connects fitness, youth culture, and lifestyle through social media and offline events, Bang became a true game-changer in the American energy drink scene.
Following Bang, several supplement companies launched energy drinks to compete with it. These include REIGN under the Monster Energy umbrella, as well as C4, BUCKED UP, GHOST, GORILLA MIND, REDCON1, and RYSE FUEL, which emerged and greatly changed the U.S. energy drink market in the 2020s. As a result, more than 90% of brands in America now offer sugar-free, high-caffeine products and have been expanding their market share.
Despite becoming such a major force in the U.S. energy drink scene, Bang went bankrupt due to multiple lawsuits with Monster Energy and temporarily disappeared from the market. It was later acquired by Monster Energy and quietly relaunched under their umbrella. Today, the brand has lost much of its former strength and, unfortunately, has become more of a "typical energy drink brand."

Bang Energy Drink (formerly Champagne)
From Bodybuilding Supplement Energy Drinks to Fitness Lifestyle Drinks
This energy drink from the bodybuilding supplement manufacturer VPX became widely known in Japan, particularly the high-caffeine Bang energy drink, thanks to reviews from energy drink enthusiasts.
Bang energy drink is characterized by its high caffeine content, zero calories, and the inclusion of bodybuilding-related ingredients, all while maintaining delicious flavors. After a revamp in 2015, the number of flavors, which had been limited, expanded dramatically, and now it’s hard to keep track of how many different ones there are.
Breaking Away from the Underground Image and Gaining Momentum
In recent years, Bang has successfully moved away from its previous underground image, and it is now becoming one of the most recognized fitness-focused energy drink brands. It has been one of the brands that have utilized social media to shape its image effectively.
Currently, it is slowly eroding the market share of major brands like Monster Energy, gaining momentum as a rising energy drink brand. In fact, Rockstar and Monster have released similar product lines to compete with Bang.
Furthermore, the inclusion of creatine in Bang has even led to a legal battle with Monster Energy, highlighting the strength and success of this now-mainstream energy drink brand.
