On April 4, 2023, HYPER ZONe released the zero-sugar version, HYPER ZONe ZERO. This bottle-can version allows you to enjoy the rich flavor of the original ZONe with zero sugar.

Along with the release of HYPER ZONe ZERO, the existing HYPER ZONe was also renewed.

Upon opening, the usual intense chemical scent bursts out. Even with zero sugar, the strength of this aroma remains unchanged.

When I take a sip, the sweet and sour, classic flavor spreads along with a strong chemical-like taste, reminiscent of the original ZONe.

The texture feels like a very intense, classic chemical flavor, but since it's zero-sugar, it doesn't stick too heavily to the mouth and goes down easily.

The aftertaste has a noticeable artificial sweetener aftertaste, giving it the typical sugar-free flavor. It doesn't reproduce the full-sugar flavor of the original, which has a more robust taste.

Energy Ingredients of HYPER ZONe ZERO

It contains 150mg of caffeine and 800mg of arginine. Although the exact amount of ginseng is unknown (probably very small), taurine is included, just like in the full-sugar version.

The design features a clear silver and bright blue combination, making it easy to recognize as sugar-free. While the product is called HYPER ZONe ZERO, neither the front nor the back of the can displays the word "HYPER."

The bottle cap has "HYPER ZONe" printed around it, but depending on the orientation, the "HYPER" might not appear on the front, which makes the "HYPER ZONe" brand name seem somewhat diminished.

The design of the full-sugar version has also been updated to match HYPER ZONe ZERO. Here too, "HYPER" is only mentioned on the cap.
